Update December 17, 2015: Jackets! To assure on-time delivery (and lower-priced shipping), my jacket supplier would really like to know the number of players by December 26th. I understand that you might want to wait until the last minute to sign up (January 6th deadline), but if you could email me and tell me what Women's Size jacket you intend to ask for, it would help me out immensely. I don't have a great way of estimating sizes of ladies who have not signed up yet, so I really appreciate your quick email. I won't hold you to your entry, but would love your advance jacket request! The link to the jacket is below, and men's sizes are available if your body doesn't love women's cuts.
Update December 7, 2015: Rooms are gone from the Doubletree Reid Park host hotel. If you want to stay close to the club, Cindy Tilbury has suggested that you look into the Homewood Suites, 4250 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, AZ 85718, Phone:(520) 577-0007. It is 1.5 mile walk to the club and 2.6 miles to drive and has lots of availability at $149 for two beds and $139 for king. Another option is close to the Doubletree Reid Park, the La Quinta Inn Reid Park, 102 N. Avernon Way, Tucson, AZ 85711, Phone:(520) 795-0330. It is about 0.8 miles from the Doubletree Hotel. Since we are near the Univ. of Arizona, there are plenty of hotels to be found in the area.
Update November 23, 2015: Rooms are gone for the last night of the tournament. Suggestion for another hotel is the Homewood Suites near the club for $149 per night.
Update October 29, 2015: Two-queen rooms are almost gone. King rooms are still available. See the Hotel tab for more info.
