Prize money will be pro-rated based on round of 16 in singles, and 8 in doubles. 1st and 2nd place awards in all other divisions, 3rd if draw permits.
Tournament Royalty: Queen Deb, King Eric, Princes Dan Beaudry, Buck Weimer, and Matt Melster.
Format: USA Racquetball (USAR) guidelines will apply. Matches will consist of 2 games to 15, with an 11 point tie-breaker. Tournament directors have the right to re-classify anyone who's kidding, and /or combine divisions with less than 6 players. Doubles must play at highest level on team. Approved USAR lensed eyeguards MANDAORY!!!
There will be an automatic drop down to AA for all first round losers in men's and women's open in draws larger than 8. All other divisions will have a consolation drop down if the draw and schedule permit.
Some other stuff: Melster will string racquets for $20. Massage theapists will be available as needed for appointments. Towels are available at the front desk for $1. Keyed lockers are available for players during tournament.

Please handle your USAR membership online prior to this tournament at www.usra.org. There is a limited event membership available onsite for $20 which will allow you to play in this event and still have insurance coverage. Normal USAR membership is adults $50, Junior's $25 (1 year)
Referees: LOSERS referee next available match (thanks Marcia for the suggestion). Winners may extort cash from losers to ref their matches.
Hospitality: The BEST FOOD you'll EVER EAT is guaranteed with Jorge's Restaurant and Tim Watkins southern barbecue and beans. Non-tournament players can purchase any of these delicious meals for $5. PAC Fit Cafe will be open with healthy smoothies and coffee/espresso.
Souvenir: This year's souvenir will be jalapena HOT!
We have a few of last year's WAY COOL trave/thermos mugs that we will give to the FIRST 50 people who enter and PAY! Entries must be filled out COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY to qualify.
Conflicts: We will attempt to honor any reasonable conflicts. Nicole Bartmess-Melster is available to slap anyone who needs to be reminded what "reasonable" means. Match play will begin at 4pm on Friday, May 1st.
