This is a USA Racquetball sanctioned event. You must be a current member as of the last day of the tournament. USAR rules apply. Lensed eyeguards are mandatory.

Age Requirement
For age division competition, participants must meet the proper age requirement as of the first day of the event.

Host Club - Wisconsin Athletic Club West Allis:
Club is open 24 hours. Bring a lock. Full use of the club from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm is available to participants/guests. Practice courts at WAC available on July 11.

Nearest Airport:
Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) Major airlines that fly into MKE are Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, OneJet, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines.

Airport Taxi / Shuttle:
The hotel and club are almost 13 miles from the MKE airport. Uber or taxi are good options. Our shuttle may be able to pick you up there. We are working on other options and will update this site soon

Shuttle From Hotel to Clubs:
The NMRA will be providing a shuttle on a schedule from the hotel to the club. See the tourney directors with questions.

Parking at Host Club Wisconsin Athletic Club:
Parking at the WAC West Allis is free and plentiful.

Tournament Check-In :
Arrive on Tuesday, July 11, 5 pm to check into the tournament. This will be held at the Host Club near the bar. You'll receive your tournament souvenir, drawsheets, balls for your matches, and other surprises. Appetizers will be available.

Player Information Meeting:
During check-in night, July 11, starting at 6:00 and again at 7:30 pm, we will hold identical early and later player information meetings to go over details of the tournament, and answer any questions. Please try to join us.

Play Begins / Ends:
All players play every day. Expect play to start at 8:00 am Wednesday, July 12, and finish before 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 15. Matches are scheduled back-to-back for each division each day, so you will be done and ready to explore Milwaukee/Chicago.

Tournament Scoring:
Matches are two games to 15, with no tiebreaker. Two bonus points will be awarded per game, and four more for the match. Tied matches will split the bonus points. A perfect two-game win would score 38 points.

Large Divisions / Small Divisions:
Large divisions may be split into pool-play groups, with a playoff to determine the winner. Generally, six players advance to the playoffs. Small divisions will be combined to provide enough matches.

Rules questions and tournament issues can be appealed to the rules committee and the tournament director. The decision of the rules committee is final. In special cases, a watcher may be requested to settle disputes.

Tournament Awards:
NMRA high-quality medals will be awarded to First through Fourth places in each age division--doubles and singles. No medal will be awarded for a combined division itself.

USAR-sanctioned tournament. Current USAR membership is required to participate. NMRA membership is required for all, EXCEPT players who are playing in their first NMRA event. (We hope you will join at $45 for three years.)

Age Requirement:
As of the first day of the tournament, you must be old enough to play in the division for which you are entered. You may play in a younger division, and your doubles team must play in the age division of the youngest player.

Breakfast / Morning Hospitality:
For full breakfast, stay at the host hotel. Fruit and drinks will be available at the club.

Available at the WAC. Check for serving times and details during the tournament. Planned lunchtimes will be about 11:30 am to about 2:00 pm near the courts.

Evening Hospitality:
Available at the WAC only. This is not a substitute for dinner.

Banquet / Slideshow / Possible Awards:
Friday night, July 14, at the Crowne Plaza ballroom. Cash bar at 6:00 pm; dinner and program from about 7:00 to 9:00. Videos, slideshows, awards are customary. Don't miss this!

Doubles Partners / Roommates / Rideshares:
You may contact Cindy Tilbury at 303.888.4461 to get on the list for partners and roommates. You may also use the R2sports "Share a Ride" list feature when you sign up for this tournament. Cindy may also contact you to ask for your help as a partner.

Shirt Sizes:
Your shirt size is listed in your www.usra.org player profile. If you need a different shirt size, change your profile temporarily or use the Comments section of the online entry in R2sports.

Alternate Airporta:
Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW) are about 90 minutes from Milwaukee/West Allis. All major airlines fly into ORD. MDW has fewer airlines available.

Parking at the Host Hotel is free.
