Mile High Racquetball Pro-Am

Online registration open until Friday  3/15/2013 at 11:50 PM. (Central Time)


Late online entries will be accepted up until Saturday  3/16/2013 by 1:00 PM (Central Time) for an additional fee of: $10 .

Start times for first round match(s) will be available after 6:00 PM  Tuesday 3/19/2013. Call 720-931-6812 if you don't have internet access. Play starts at 6:00 PM on Thursday 3/21/2013.

Sanctioning:

This event is a USAR/CRA sanctioned event. Memberships are $50 for one year or the Limited Event Membership for $10 for one event per year.


Age Requirement

For age division competition, participants must meet the proper age requirement as of the first day of the event.

No refunds will be given after the entry deadline.

Format:

All matches (except IRT division) will be best 2 out of 3 games to 15, tiebreaker to 11. If time permits...sign-up for consolation matches will be scheduled.


2 Event Limit unless entering IRT Pro or Mixed Pro/Open Doubles as the third event:

Players may enter a Maximum of 2 events online. A 3rd event will be allowed only if it is IRT Pro or Mixed Pro/Open Doubles ($30 as 3rd event). Please contact the tournament director if you would like to enter those divisions as your 3rd event.


Additional Information:

Prizes awarded to first & second place finishers only. Divisions w/less than 8 entries may be combined.


IRT and Amateur Division Match Play Start Days/Times:

All divisions must be ready to begin play by 9am on Friday, Mar. 22. IRT Round of 32 may begin Thursday afternoon. Special starting time requests may be made, but there are no guarantees. Start time conflicts had to be noted during player's online entry.


IRT Pro Singles Division Entry:

All players who wish to enter the IRT pro singles division should enter Pro division thru the IRT Commissioner jason@irt-tour.com. Pro div. entry fee is $90. Enter all other divisions online. IRT division fees will be paid directly to IRT.
