Event Description:

The largest and most prestigious racquetball tournament in the world!


Registration Deadline(s):

Mail entries must be postmarked no later than Friday 9/16/2016. Please mail entries to 2812 W. Colorado Ave. -Suite 200- Colorado Springs, CO 80904.Make check payable to: US OPEN Racquetball. Phone entries will be accepted through Wednesday 9/21/2016 no later than 4:00 PM by calling 7194999561 .
Online registration open until Thursday  9/22/2016 at 11:50 PM. (Central Time)


Late online entries will be accepted up until Sunday  9/25/2016 by 11:00 PM (Central Time) for an additional fee of: $20 .

Start times for first round match(s) will be available after 7:00 PM  Monday 10/3/2016. Call 7194999561 if you don't have internet access. Play starts at 8:00 AM on Wednesday 10/5/2016.

Doug Ganim reserve(s) the right to combine or cancel any division due to insufficient entries. Director may refuse participant's entry for any reason.

Age Requirement

For age division competition, players must meet the proper age requirement as of the first day of the event (10/7/15).


Ref:

All match losers are required to ref or find a prompt suitable replacement. A $5 fee will be paid to all ref, except for the IRT and LPRT divisions.


Refunds:

Refunds will not be given after the deadline of 9/23/2015. All Cancellations before the deadline date will incur a $30 Cancellation Fee. Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Phone Entries::

Phone entries will be accepted, but there is a $15 processing fee. A $20 late fee will also be added for phone entries after the deadline. Phone hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Central time with the exception of the deadline day.


USA Racquetball (USAR) Memberships:

Players must become or be USAR members before they will be added to the draw. If you signed up at a recent tournament, please email or FAX your membership receipt with your entry form and BRING it with you to the event. Call 719-635-5396 for info.


Gold Box:

A limited number of 4-person courtside luxury Gold box seats (with table service) are available. The cost is $2,800 and includes access to Pro/Gold Lounge with food and drink for the week. Call 614-890-6073 for availability or to reserve single seats.


Player Check-In:

You must register/check-in at the Downtown LIFE TIME FITNESS Target Center Club prior to playing your first match -- no matter where that match is played. Check-in hours are Tues - 3pm to 10 pm; Wed - 8am to 10pm; Thurs - 8am to 9pm; Fri - 8am to 9pm.


Hospitality:

Limited hospitality (continental breakfast & lunch) for all players will be available at LIFE TIME FITNESS Moore Lake only. LIFE TIME FITNESS Target Center (main club) will offer a cash bar and concessions for sale thoughout all hours of play.


Children's Charities( St. Jude, JDRF, and RAFA House):

To benefit three children's charities, a silent auction will be held during the event featuring various items. Wednesday evening, 32 amateurs will have an opportunity to partner with a top professional player to play in a doubles challenge
