This event is USAR sanctioned. Membership is required and can be purchased from USA Racquetball or the day of the tournament at the check-in desk.
No consolation offered since all divisions will be round robin format.
For age division competition, participants must meet the proper age requirement as of the first day of the event.
All matches will be self-refereed.
No refunds will be given after the deadline.

Round robin mini-match format for all divisions. Best 2 out of 3 games to 11
points. Single elimination playoff for divisions with groups of (2) or more
with only one player from each group advancing to the playoffs.
For mini-match format--(2) timeouts per game, (1) timeout in the tie-breaker. Timeouts are 30 seconds each. 2 minutes rest period after first game and 5 minutes between the 2nd game and tie-breaker.
Breakfast, lunch (12p) and dinner (6pm) will be provided Saturday. Gatorade
and fruit throughout the tournament for all tournament players. Guest may
purchase meal tickets for $15 for entire weekend.
Players must check-in and be ready to play 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their match. Please help us keep the tournament running smoothly by arriving on-time. Forfeiture time is 10 minutes after scheduled match time.
Racquet stringing services and grip replacement will be available throughout the tournament. Stringing services range from $25-$35. Eddie Vann is the official tournament stringer.

No event can be a success without the help and support of volunteers and sponsors. We are looking for sponsors for the hospitality including the player meals for the tournament. These can be viewed in the additional items to purchase at check out. :-)
USAR/TXRA Membership Required:
All players must have a current USAR or state association membership to play. To purchase a membership online click here
All Juniors divisions (18-, 16-, 14-, 12-, 10-) are only $25 for this event.
College students receive $10 off their entry fee. A membership to the
USAR/TXRA will be required.
Towels are also provided at no charge by leaving your i.d. or something to
remind you to bring the towel back.
We will have a massage therapist here during the event. Mary will have her
massage table set up downstairs by the glass courts. See her for all your
massage and sports therapy before and after your matches.
Cash for Men's/Women's Open singles. Mavbucks will be given to 1st and 2nd
place winners in all other divisions. $30-1st place, $20-2nd place. Mavbucks
are just like money and can be used on your next entry fee.
