Welcome to the John Pelham Memorial Tournament of Champions. We hope you are as excited about playing as we are about hosting this first class event. If you have played in the past, you know about our generous hospitality and this year will be no different, so come on out and play. Come see if our own Charlie Pratt can defend his title against the worlds best. Once again, all proceeds from the tournament will be split between our four charities, the Live Like John Foundation, Military Racquetball Foundation, The Green Beret Foundation, and the Oregon Youth Challenge Program
We will feature four High School divisions, two boys and two girls, beginner (ranking under 1050) and intermediate (1050 to 1199). Depending on draw size, these divisions may be run as one game to 21.
Our combined 90+ doubles divisions is limited to A and below skill level players.
We will also be collecting for the Give Like John program, where we collect your gently used racquetball equipment, to support military and junior racquetball programs.
Time requests maybe be honored for Thursday and Friday depending on the number of entries, with over two hundred, play will have to start at 12 noon on Friday, November 30 for those outside of the Portland metro area.
On Wednesday Nov. 28, we will be offering a Junior/High School clinic, featuring Junior Team USA coaches, Charlie Pratt, Robbie Collins, and David “Bobby” Horn. Juniors this is your chance to be on the courts with our National Team coaches!
