Men's and Women's Open divisions will have a 1st place prize of $400, 2nd place $100....
These amounts based on 12 entries per division.
UPDATE: We will also be offering DOUBLES for men, women and mixed. Grab a partner and come play some doubles as well. The Doubles divisions will not be state championship divisions. Custom medals will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in all Doubles divisions. We also added CENTURION DOUBLES for Open. Combined ages must be at least 100 years.
Join us for the 2018 Texas State Singles Racquetball Championships
March 22-24, 2019.
This event will be hosted at Texas A&M in College Station, TX and is the premiere singles tournament for racquetball. This event is SINGLES ONLY
and open to all players, THIS YEAR ALLOWING OUT OF STATE PLAYERS. This is a USAR/TXRA sanctioned event. Due to the large number of entries, players in large skill divisions such as Men's Open, Men's Elite, Men's A, Men's B and Men's C must be able to play Friday night as early as 5pm or as late as 10pm.
Matches can be scheduled late Friday to accommodate players that have to travel from farther distances. All players must have a current USAR/TXRA membership to play. To purchase/renew a membership online before entering, click here.
- We will also offer DOUBLES (non-state championships), so get a partner.
- NEWLY added Centurion Doubles. Age combined must be at least 100.
- We will be paying referees $10 for each match.
- A 3rd event is allowed, but must be a doubles.
- Online entry is the preferred method for sign-up.
- Please come out early on Friday to help us referee.

TOURNAMENT SKILL LEVEL POLICY: If any player advances to the semifinals of two open skill divisions--Open, Elite, A, B, C, D--you will be forfeited from the lower skill division. This is to ensure fair and competitive play for all players in these open skill level divisions. Tournament directors reserve the right to combine or cancel any division due to insufficient entries. Directors may reclassify or refuse participant's entry for any reason.
