Event Description:
The largest and most prestigious racquetball tournament in the world!

Mail entries must be postmarked no later than Friday 9/14/2018. Please mail entries to 2812 W. Colorado Ave. -Suite 200- Colorado Springs, CO 80904.Make check payable to: US OPEN Racquetball. Phone entries will be accepted through Wednesday 9/19/2018 no later than 4:00 PM by calling 7194999561 .
Online registration open until Wednesday  9/19/2018 at 11:50 PM. (Central Time)

Late online entries will be accepted up until Tuesday  9/25/2018 by 11:00 PM (Central Time) for an additional fee of: $20 .

Doug Ganim reserve(s) the right to combine or cancel any division due to insufficient entries. Director may refuse participant's entry for any reason.

Age Requirement
For age division competition, players must meet the proper age requirement as of the first day of the event (10/3/18).

All match losers are required to ref or find a prompt suitable replacement. A $10 fee will be paid to all refs, except for the IRT and LPRT divisions where match losers are required to ref to avoid tour fines/etc.

Refunds will not be given after the deadline of 9/19/2018. All cancellations before the deadline date will incur a $30 Cancellation Fee. Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Phone Entries:
Phone entries will be accepted, but there is a $15 processing fee. A $20 late fee will also be added for phone entries after the deadline. Phone hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Central time with the exception of the deadline day.

USA Racquetball (USAR) Memberships:
Players must become or be USAR members before they will be added to the draw. If you signed up at a recent tournament, please email or FAX your membership receipt with your entry form and BRING it with you to the event. Call 719-635-5396 for info.

Player Check-In:
You must register/check-in at the Downtown LIFE TIME FITNESS Target Center Club prior to playing your first match -- no matter where that match is played. Check-in hours are Tues - 3pm to 10 pm; Wed - 8am to 10pm; Thurs - 8am to 9pm; Fri - 8am to 9pm.

Limited hospitality (lunch only) for all players will be available at LIFE TIME FITNESS Fridley only. LIFE TIME FITNESS Target Center (main club) will offer a cash bar and concessions for sale thoughout all hours of play. Many local restaurants.

SILENT AUCTION for Children's Charities( St. Jude, JDRF, and RAPHA House):
To benefit St.Jude and Rapha House, a silent auction will be held during the event featuring hundreds of donated items including vacations, sporting goods equipment, wine, autographed memorabilia, and electronics.

Cancellation policy:
Entries and ticket sales are eligible for a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee, if requested prior to the regular postmarked Entry Deadline. Processing fees are non-refundable.

IRT/LPRT dues:
Players participating in the pro singles or pro doubles draws must be members of the IRT or LPRT Players Associations. Cost for single event membership to the IRT is $20 and cost for singles event membership to the LPRT is $10.

Airport Transportation:
There is no need for a rental car if staying at a MAIN HOST HOTEL in downtown Minneapolis. Players can easily catch the Light Rail system from the baggage claim area at the airport for a short 22 minute ride directly in to downtown.

Every 20 minutes there are shuttles from ALL venue clubs to transport players to all clubs during all hours of the event. If staying downtown at an Official Main Host Hotel the shuttle can be picked up at the Main Target Center club location.

FREE Pro Match Tickets for HEROES!:
Former and current police, fire, EMT, and armed forces players participating in the HEROES divisions at the US OPEN will receive a complimentary weeklong Ticket Package as a special THANK YOU for their service ($99 value). Pick-up at Registration.

On Wed at 6pm 32 amateur players will play in a doubles tourney with the top players from the IRT/LPRT tours to raise money for St. Jude. Cost is $325 and includes dinner, drinks, and an autographed racquet from pro. Call (614) 890-6073 to sign up.
