The R2sports membership software helps an organization manage its users.

Groups can be created and users linked to specific groups. An administrator can use the email generator tool to communicate with all the users in a group. Users can join or renew their membership online by making selections from the shopping cart. Approved directors can also pay their sanctioning fees through the membership website.

All payment transactions are recorded in the activity history and reports can be generated for each user. Easily update user data and search user records. Generate reports and export them to excel or an access database.

Member System Groups

The member system groups page will list all the groups linked to a specific group type. To begin, select the group type from the dropdown at the top left of the page. You can also do a search by group name or abbreviation.

A report will be generated with all the member system groups within the selected group type. Next to each record there is an icon to view the group information, edit software member groups, view all users linked to the group, and delete a group. For additional protection, groups canít be deleted if users are linked to them.

The first column will show if the member system group is active or not. Next the group type is listed and then the group name. The group abbreviation is also displayed if one is available. It will then show the description of the member system group.

The group can be restricted where only administrators and actions can add users to the group, or it can be open where users can add themselves to the member system group.

When necessary, the group can be associated with a country or state / province, and also be linked to a parent group. Different membership types can be related to groups and when a user purchase a specific membership type it would automatically add them into the group.

The modified by user and date modified, along with the created by user and date created is also shown to see who modified the record.

Modify group software members by clicking the view all users group at the top. Add a new user to the group by clicking the Add new user icon. The report can also be printed by clicking on the print icon.
