What happens if I grow past my membership tier?
You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We will prorate your current month and apply credit toward the higher plan. There is never a penalty for growing your community.
Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
Monthly plans have no long-term contracts, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment but save you 15% on the total cost. We never charge cancellation fees.
What is included in "data migration"?
We handle the technical heavy lifting. Our team imports your existing member data from spreadsheets or old databases into the R2 Playbook. We clean the data and verify its accuracy so you can start with a perfect database.
Can I get extra training after I start?
Yes. If you need more help beyond the included hours, remote training is available for $150 per hour. We also offer on-site training packages for larger organizations that need hands-on assistance.
How does the per-membership fee work?
You are charged the per-membership fee each time a member joins or renews. GamePlay Intelligence tracks these transactions automatically and provides a detailed monthly invoice so you always know your costs.
What if I switch from monthly to annual billing?
You can switch to annual billing at any time to receive a 15% discount. We will credit any unused portion of your monthly payments toward your new annual fee.
Can members pay with checks or cash?
Yes. While the R2 Playbook is built for online payments, you can manually record cash or check payments in the system. This keeps all your financial history in one secure place.
Is credit card processing included?
Processing is available at 5.5% per transaction. We also support ACH bank transfers, which carry lower fees. Contact us for specific ACH pricing details.
Can I customize membership renewal dates?
Yes. Memberships can renew annually, quarterly, or on any custom schedule you choose. You can also offer lifetime memberships that never expire within the R2 Playbook.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
