Tourney Bracket Maker: Finalizing Results
Once the final match of your event concludes, the Tournament Results interface provides the tools to formalize your event data and publish the final standings.
Activating Tournament Results
- Publishing Outcomes: Navigate to the Tournament Template Setup section and click the link to "Turn Results On." This instantly triggers the Tourney Bracket Maker to generate a consolidated results summary of all divisions.
- Results Summary Dashboard: The system lists every division in your event. Clicking the linked division code takes you directly to that bracket view, providing full transparency on the final match flow.
- Division Data: For each division, the system displays core metrics:
- Division Name and total player count.
- Bracket format utilized.
- Visual display of Champions and Runners-up (pulling from their player profile photos if available).
- Standings listed out to the Round of 16.
Official Ranking Submissions
- Ranking Integration: For sports organizations where R2 Sports manages official rankings, an additional link will appear once results are activated. Use this link to officially submit your tournament results to the organizational ranking database, ensuring player points are credited accurately.
By finalizing your event through the Bracket Maker, you ensure that the tournament history is archived correctly and that athletes receive their earned recognition in the organizational standings.
