Participant Statistics
This module provides a bird's-eye view of your athlete registration data to help with division planning and venue load balancing:
- Registration Totals: Displays the total count of unique registrants.
- Division Density: Provides a breakdown of players entered into 1, 2, or 3+ divisions, helping you identify potential scheduling bottlenecks.
- Gender Breakdown: Automatically segments tournament stats by gender for reporting and division management.
Entry Method Reporting
Understanding how your participants entered the event is vital for marketing and operational tracking:
- Source Breakdown: Categorizes registrations into Web, Phone, Mail, Venue, Email, and Other.
- Registration Control:
- Self-Registration: If a player registers themselves online, the system enforces the "Web Entry" type.
- Director Override: When you (the director) register a player, all entry method options become available, allowing you to record registrations from manual, offline sources accurately.
