Directors use this screen to verify which athletes have moved into the next round, identify who is waiting for their next match assignment, and see which participants have checked in for the day.
How to Utilize Player Tracking
Follow these steps to manage the participant flow during your event:
- Filter by Division: Use the top navigation bar to isolate specific age groups or skill levels, reducing visual noise during peak event hours.
- Check-In Verification: Quickly toggle the 'Check-In' column to see which athletes have arrived at the facility versus those who have not yet reported.
- Match Progression: Click on any player name to view their complete match history, including court assignments and projected start times for their next round.
- Export Status Sheets: Use the 'Print View' button to generate a snapshot of the current roster status for your desk volunteers.
